It all started in a small store in Portland, Oregon in 2004, that's when I relized no one was offering this service for merino wool jerseys. My goal was and still is, to give customers the highest quality garments for a fair price. I'm able to do this with the lowest overhead in the business, near zero advertising budget, and people like you telling others where to receive a fair shake. You can pay more elsewhere, but you'll only be paying for their advertising costs and higher overhead. Congratulations you found us.
Happy to answer questions by phone, but for paperwork reasons and to insure correct spelling on jerseys, orders need to be completed on the web site (preferred), or emailed in. If sending by email orders must be on a Word file complete, including all instructions and addresses.
Either way if you have concerns or changes just pop me an e-mail. I do the charges manually so not to worry if you goof, I will contact you.
